Rise in anti-social behaviour at skate park

Newquay Town Council says its seen a rise in anti-social behaviour at Concrete Waves skate park in recent weeks.

CCTV footage shows that on Monday, 17 February, at 3.14pm, rubbish bins were kicked over, damaged, and their foundations removed, with some later found in nearby hedges.

The council is asking anyone with information to come forward.

It says Concrete Waves is intended as a space for everyone to enjoy, and visitors are urged to respect the park and each other.

Anyone witnessing "concerning behaviour" is being asked to report it to the police or Newquay Town Council.
